Candidate Profile
Through multiple rotations, participants gain exposure to Amphenol’s diverse businesses, working across an organization that includes approximately 150 businesses in 15 operating groups. Rather than observing from the sidelines, participants contribute to projects that influence real business decisions, from pricing and profitability to working capital management. The program offers opportunities to work at the corporate, group, division, and business unit levels, with potential international experience. Participants also benefit from one-on-one mentorship, a growing network of FLDP peers, and support toward professional certifications such as the CPA, CIA, and CIMA.
We’re looking for ambitious students and recent graduates who are excited to launch a career in Finance. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a Finance-related field and have gained relevant experience through internships, part-time work, or other hands-on opportunities.
The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. They enjoy taking on new challenges, collaborating with others, and making an impact.
If you’re ready to accelerate your career and learn from Finance leaders across Amphenol, we’d love to hear from you.
